11 Days China Essence Tour of Forbidden City, Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Guilin, Yangshuo with a la cart meals and spectacular sceneries. We specialize in tailor-made or customized China tour.

  • Our guide will meet you outside the customs of the Capital Airport after you reclaim your luggage and clear the customs, and then transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to have a good rest.

  • In the morning, our guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel. This morning excursion will start with the visit to Tiananmen Square, which is located at the very heart of Beijing City and is the largest city square at home and aboard. The square witnessed many significant historic events and national ceremonies, regarded as a symbol of China. Walking through the square, we will enter into the Forbidden City, the home to 24 emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties. The largest imperial palace will show you the glory of the two dynasties with spectacular architecture and precious culture relics. Around noon, we will serve you with an a la carte lunch in a delicate restaurant to taste the authentic Chinese food. Compared with the meal offered by other agencies, our meal is excellent with good quality food in a great atmosphere. In the afternoon, we will continue to visit the Temple of Heaven. Built in 1420 A.D. during the Ming Dynasty, the Temple of Heaven functioned as an imperial altar to offer sacrifice to Heaven. In the evening, our guide will take you to admire a lively Chinese Kung Fu Show at the Red Theatre. The show blends exciting acrobatics and enjoyable dance that fully displays Kung Fu’s essence, offering you a feast of eyes.

  • After breakfast, we will transfer to the majestic Badaling Great Wall, one of the greatest wonders created by Chinese people. Constructed during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Badaling Great Wall is the most perfectly-preserved and most-visited section of the Great Wall. The wandering wall is like a dragon winding its way along the mountain ranges, presenting the wisdom and power of ancient Chinese people. The magnificent towers and spectacular mountain scenery will give you a memorable tour. For lunch today, most agencies will arrange clients to dine at the shopping site restaurants. You will have to stay for another 40 minutes after the lunch since the agencies could get some commissions or rebates from the store. To avoid having this kind of lunch, we will drive you to a popular local restaurant to have Sichuan food. After lunch, we will depart for the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. At the Ming Tombs Scenic Area, there are 13 tombs of the Ming Dynasty’s emperors. With a long history of 600 years and splendid architecture, the Ming Tomb is a place worth going. On the way back to downtown area, we will go to visit the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium). You can take some pictures there.

  • In the morning, we will pay a visit to the Summer Palace, 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) from central Beijing. It is the largest and most well-preserved imperial garden in China. In the “Museum of Royal Gardens”, we will view beautiful natural sceneries and famous cultural interests. Around noon, we will serve you an a la carte lunch at a fancy restaurant with delicious food and great atmosphere. In the afternoon, we will take you to have a Hutong tour. Taking a rickshaw riding is a good way to approach the local people and experience the original Beijing culture. Afterwards, we will drive you to the airport to take the flight to Xian. Upon your arrival in Xian, our guide will be waiting for you outside the baggage claim area of the airport and transfer you to the downtown hotel.

  • In the morning, we will drive you to admire one of the top attractions in China - the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Because of its historical significance and uniqueness, the Terracotta Army is reputed as the Eighth Wonder of the World. Even has lain underground for more than 2000 years, the warrior figures and horses are still vivid with distinct facial expressions and positions. The large number of ancient weapons will impress you as they show the highly advanced technology in weapon-making 2,200 years ago. To avoid the mass-produced tourist food near the warrior site, we will serve you an a la carte lunch at a delicate restaurant, which boasts tasty food and graceful environment. On this day, nearly all the agencies will arrange their clients to have lunch at the shopping site eateries, where the food quality is terrible and the meal price they pay is 3 or 4 times lower than that of our a la carte meals. In the afternoon, we will proceed to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda with a long history of 1,300 years. Walking out of the pagoda, we will depart for Provincial History Museum, which is the first modern national museum. From its exhibits over 370,000 historical relics, we will have an overview of Chinese history and the splendid ancient cultures. Tonight, we will take you to enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show and the Dumping Dinner at Shaanxi Opera Theatre. The marvelous show features the ancient royal singing and dancing will bring you back to the Tang Dynasty about 1400 years ago.

  • After breakfast, we will transfer you to visit City Wall, one of the oldest and most complete city walls. Standing on the wall, we will have panoramic views of the ancient city. After that, we will take you to have a family visit. You will enjoy an a la carte lunch in the local family’s home to taste the authentic home cooked dishes. If you are interested, you can learn how to cook Chinese food. The host will prepare the ingredients in advance and teach you to cook step by step. In the afternoon, our tour will be extended to the Great Mosque. Erected in the year of 742 AD, it is the biggest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. Before entering into the mosque, we will pass through the Muslim Street, which is a famous snack street where you can taste many delicious local snacks and buy some interesting souvenirs.

  • In the morning, we will pay a visit to Xian Museum. There are 130, 000 fine cultural relics are kept in the museum, reflecting the outstanding technological achievements and glorious culture of past dynasties. Our tour will continue to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, built in the year 707 A.D during the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Unlike the grand Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it is dainty and exquisite in its appearance. As one of the remaining symbols of ancient Chang'an in the Tang Dynasty, it is a noted historic site attracting large number of visitors. Then we will transfer you to the airport for the flight to Guilin. Upon your arrival, our guide will meet you at Guilin airport and send you to the selected hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You can stroll along the Li River or lakes to enjoy the picturesque scene of the city.

  • The highlights of your Guilin tour will come with the Li River Cruise. Our guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to the dock. The about 50-mile-long river is just a green ribbon connecting Guilin and Yangshuo. The banks of the river are flanked by numerous verdant hills, grotesque peaks and bamboo groves, creating a picture of timeless beauty with the help of the crystal-clear water. The cruise arrives at terminal Yangshuo around 13:30 to 14:30 according to the different water flows. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, we will take you to enjoy the rural beauty of Yangshuo by bike. On the way, a local family’s visit is specially arranged for you. It is a chance for you to experience local villager’s lifestyle there. If you don’t want to take a bicycle, we will drive you there. In the late afternoon, we will end Yangshuo’s tour and drive back to Guilin.

  • Today's excursion will start with one of the most famous attractions in the city, Reed Flute Cave. In this cave, we will be impressed by all kinds of stalactites, stalagmites, columns and lime-flowers most of which has a long history of about 700,000 years. After that, we will depart for the Seven Star Park. As the largest comprehensive park in Guilin City, the park will present us with elegant mountains, clear water, deep and serene valleys, miraculous stone forest, important cultural relics and various animals and plants. The last stop of Guilin tour is the Elephant Trunk Hill, which is the symbol of the city. The hill is renowned for its shape resembling an elephant with its trunk drinking from the Li River. When finishing all the attractions in the city, we will transfer you to the airport to take a flight to Shanghai. Our guide will greet you at the airport and drive you to the hotel in downtown area.

  • Our Shanghai tour will begin with Shanghai Museum. As one of the four largest museums in China, Shanghai Museum will bring you back to the ancient time by showing 120,000 of art relics. You will learn about China’s history through bronze wares, porcelain wares, calligraphy and paintings. Afterwards, we will proceed to visit Yuyuan Garden. As one of the most famous gardens in south of the Yangtze River, Yuyuan Garden will feast your eyes with pavilions, halls, rockeries, ponds and cloisters, showing you the ancient Chinese garden. Around lunch, we will serve you an a la carte farewell lunch at a fancy and famous local restaurant, which offers authentic Shanghai and Cantonese cuisines. In the afternoon, we will transfer you to the Bund area to take a short cruise on the Huangpu River. On the banks of the river scattered almost all the major attractions of Shanghai, which symbolize the past, present and future of the city. After the cruise, we will visit the Bund area and then explore an old street.
